This is Callie. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. When I met with her and her mother-in-law to be, she brought along a few pictures of flowers that she liked. From there I made some suggestions and over the following weeks we fine-tuned designs. I think the thing that made this wedding such a success, is the fact that Callie was able to give me a good idea of the look and feel she wanted and then she trusted me to use creative license to come up with something extraordinary. My best advice to any bride who wants amazing flowers for her wedding day would be to find a florist who has a style they love, make sure to clearly communicate the look/effect you are hoping to achieve (examples/pictures are always appreciated), then let the florist make suggestions--you will likely end up with something better than you could have imagined!
This is the arrangement we did for the buffet table.
To help control the average cost of centerpieces, we decided to
alternate the elegant green and white arrangements
(pictured below) with groupings of floating candles in vases of
varying heights surrounded by greenery and white
dendrobium orchids.
The cake was simply stunning, and from what I heard, it tasted as
good as it looked.
I'm usually not a huge fan of corsages, but I have to say that when I
made the corsages for this wedding I actually was thrilled with
the results--I only wish I had a better picture to share.
